Very Fine Chest by George Nelson for Herman Miller

Entirely restored and refinished and in exquisite condition, this late 1940s-early 1950s chest of drawers by George Nelson for Herman Miller makes a fine statement in any bedroom.

Five drawers grading in size, with two featuring slat dividers resting upon plinth style black legs. The shell and drawers of the dresser are made from combed oak. The piece has been completely restored and finished with the metal pulls being polished and professionally sealed; the drawers sealed and the shell and drawer fronts sealed and finished in multiple layers of lacquer by professional cabinet makers. The result is an impeccable chest of drawers with finishes that are guaranteed to last decades. And as always with Herman Miller quality of construction is excellent.
