Herman Miller Dresser by George Nelson in Original Colour Scheme

One of the unique colours from George Nelson’s choices when developing the BCS series for Herman Miller, burnt orange, or coral.

This piece has been entirely restored to original condition which included development of the original colour orange lacquer used by Herman Miller. The dresser also has the full complement of slat dividers within the drawers that appear as per the design in the 1st and 4th drawer. The two shelves in the cabinet on the right are lacquered in orange also, as has the back, so it is able to freestand. Can be used as a divider, credenza or buffet. Signed at top interior drawer. The walnut shell and legs have been coated in specialist lacquers that are the most durable in the industry. A fine example inside and out.
